1. Data we process

• Your wallet address — which is public on-chain whenever you connect or transact.
• Your app account email if you choose to sign in to an account (optional).
• Anything you voluntarily submit when using contact or support.

2. Data we do not collect

We do not request your seed phrase or private keys. We never ask you to enter them outside your own wallet.

3. Third parties

Connecting a wallet, minting, or trading involves third parties outside our control: your wallet provider, the Polygon network and its RPC nodes, and block explorers such as Polygonscan. Their own policies apply to data they see.

4. Entity records

To power features like the marketplace, we store records linked to your wallet address (for example listing state and transaction history). These records reflect off-chain marketplace state; the tokens themselves live on-chain.

5. Cookies & local storage

The site uses minimal local storage for session and interface state. No ad-tracking or cross-site advertising identifiers are used.
